Q: What is the deadline for placing orders?
A: Orders must be placed by 12:00pm (noon) Friday for the following week's meals. 

Q: What is the price for each meal?
A: The price per meal on Monday - Wednesday is $4.50.  Price per slice of pizza on Thursday is $1.50 (These prices include all service fees).


Q: Can I cancel a meal once the order has been placed?

A: Meals can be cancelled until 12:00pm (noon) the Friday prior to the upcoming week's order.  After the 12:00pm deadline, all sales are final. (Example: Wednesday's lunch must be cancelled by the previous Friday at 12:00pm.) This is based on our food suppliers requirements.

Q: How do I cancel a meal?
A: To cancel a meal:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Click on place order.
  3. Click on your student's name.
  4. Click next until you reach the day of the meal you wish to cancel.
  5. Click Cancel Meal.
  6. Click Cancel this Meal.


Q: What is your refund policy?
A: We have a "No Refund Policy". Cancelled meals will result in a credit on your school lunch account. This credit will automatically be applied to your next order.

Q: What if I have children in multiple grades?
A: When you add children to your account make sure you select the right grade for each child. This ordering service is only available for middle school and high school students at this time.

Q: What happens if I my child is sick or school is cancelled?
A: Credits cannot be given if a cancellation is not made by the previous Friday at 12:00pm. This is based on our food provider's deadlines

Q: What are the drink options with the meals?
A: All meals on Monday - Wednesday include a 10oz Bottled Water. There is not a drink provided on Thursdays.

Q: What is your privacy policy?
A: We will not sell or disclose any contact information submitted through our site to any third party. All personal information will be kept confidential. We will only use your contact information to correspond with you about important matters concerning our lunch program.
